SUBJECT: WELL, THIS IS ONE WAY TO KEEP THE RIVERS FROM RISING...TRY TO FREEZE THEM AGAIN! (STRING OF POTENTIAL RECORD BREAKING TEMPERATURES IN ST. CLOUD) Yesterday's high of 31 broke the old record cold high for April 10. The old record cold high was 33 set in 1950. This marks the 5th record cold temperature broken or tied this week. The record cold highs now sink into the 20's, so hopefully this string is broken. However, normal high temperatures (lower 50's) will still not return to Saint Cloud until early next week at the earliest.
